Recently, the company's "annual output of 800000 NB IOT Internet of things water meter intelligent manufacturing technology transformation project" officially approved the "Zhejiang industrial enterprise technology transformation project", which has entered the construction and implementation stage, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
In recent years, the Nb IOT technology has developed rapidly in China. As a typical application scenario of new infrastructure, the demand of IOT water meters in domestic water companies has entered a period of accelerated growth. In this context, since the second half of 19 years, the company's orders for intelligent water meters in the Internet of things have increased dramatically, and the bottleneck of production capacity has begun to appear, so it is urgent to upgrade the original manufacturing methods.
The total investment scale of the project is about 20 million yuan. It is planned to build two new workshops for electronic dust-free manufacturing and high-precision electronic water meter verification, and five new intelligent equipment systems for online SMT, automatic glue filling line, automatic welding line, automatic meter inspection line and automatic packaging line, mainly for electronic module manufacturing, assembly and inspection of Nb IOT water meter The key technologies such as measurement, water meter flow verification, product packaging and data processing center are reformed to effectively improve product quality, reduce labor cost, expand production capacity and run out of "intelligent manufacturing" acceleration.
After the completion of this project, the company will have the intelligent manufacturing capacity of 800000 sets of small caliber IOT water meters and 10000 sets of large caliber high-precision IOT water meters annually, which will fully guarantee the market supply and further enhance the company's core competitiveness in the industry.
